- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Laboral del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, el día veintisiete (27) de Mayo, de mil novecientos noventa y seis.
- Segundo. Ordenar al Fondo de Ahorro y Vivienda Distrital - FAVIDI, que adelante las gestiones correspondientes, dirigidas a satisfacer el pago que por concepto de sustitución pensional se le adeuda a la señora Cándida Rosa Sanabria Sanabria.
