administrando justicia en nombre del pueblo y por autoridad de la Constitución
R E SU E L V E :
Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias materia de revisión y en su lugar, tutelar los derechos a la vida y a la seguridad social de Filomena Teresa Rosa de Iriarte.
Segundo. ORDENAR al Alcalde del Municipio de Tolú que, si aún no lo han hecho, reanude el pago de las mesadas pensionales de Filomena Teresa Rosa de Iriarte en el termino máximo de 48 horas contados a partir de la notificación de la presente providencia, so pena de las sanciones previstas en el Decreto 2591 de 1991 para el desacato y acuerdo con lo expresado en la parte motiva de este fallo.
Tercero. COMUNICAR la presente providencia al juzgador de primera instancia para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
