Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por la Sala de Familia del Tribunal Superior de Antioquia el 31 de agosto de 2000. En su lugar, TUTELAR el derecho fundamental al minimo vital de la senora Maria del Carmen Lopez Gallego.
Segundo. ORDENAR a la Promotora de Vacaciones y Recreacion Social PROSOCIAL, para que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de la presente sentencia, cancele la totalidad de las mesadas adeudadas a la demandante.
Tercero. El desacato a las ordenes impartidas en esta providencia, se sancionara de conformidad con lo senalado en el articulo 52 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
Cuarto. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
