Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 3 de julio de 2003, por el Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, Sección Primera -Subsección A-, que negó el amparo solicitado y en su lugar TUTELAR los derechos fundamentales a la vida digna y al mínimo vital del señor Víctor Barrios López.
Segundo. ORDENAR al Director General Interventor y Delegado de la Fundación San Juan de Dios o a quien haga sus veces, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de la presente sentencia, incluya en nómina al señor Víctor Barrios López, sí aún no lo hubiere hecho.
Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
