- Primero. REVOCAR los fallos proferidos por el Juzgado
- Primero. Laboral del Circuito de Montería y por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Montería, Sala Laboral de Decisión, mediante los cuales se negó la protección incoada por SANTIAGO BADEL GONZALEZ.
- Segundo. En su lugar, CONCEDER la protección solicitada y ORDENAR al Gobernador del Departamento de Córdoba que, si todavía no lo ha hecho, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación del presente fallo, proceda a cancelar las mesadas pensionales que se le adeuden al actor.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
