- Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido el 12 de abril de 2002 por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Promiscuo Municipal de Nobsa (Boyaca), pero por los motivos aqui expuestos.
- Segundo. ADVERTIR a la empresa Acerias Paz del Rio S.A. que, en aras de evitar en el futuro la efectiva vulneracion de los derechos fundamentales del actor o de los demas trabajadores y pensionados a su cargo, en la medida en que el flujo de caja lo permita, se ponga al dia en el pago de los mencionados aportes pensionales. En su defecto, a la mayor brevedad posible debe celebrar un acuerdo de pago con el ISS y con los demas fondos de pensiones con los que tambien se encuentre en mora.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
