- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil Municipal de la ciudad de Neiva, por medio del cual negó la protección solicitada.
- En su lugar, CONCEDESE la tutela impetrada y, en consecuencia, ORDENASE a la CORPORACIÓN Club DE EJECUTIVOS LOS LAGOS consignar, en un término que no podrá superar las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de este fallo, a favor de la EPS SALUDCOOP, la totalidad de sus aportes patronales y de los fondos retenidos al trabajador demandante por el referido concepto y, mientras la entidad de salud reanuda de manera cierta la prestación total de los servicios respectivos, la empresa deberá asumir, a cargo de sus propios recursos y en su integridad, todos los gastos relativos a la salud de JOSE ALCIDES CHINCUNQUE ORTIZ y sus beneficiarios.
- Segundo. DAR cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
