- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil Municipal de Bello Antioquia por las razones expuestas en esta providencia y, en su lugar, TUTELAR el derecho fundamental de la señora Bibiana María García Mesa a la maternidad.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a COOMEVA EPS que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, proceda a reconocer y pagar la licencia de maternidad a la señora Bibiana María García Mesa.
- TERCERO. LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
