- primero. y
- segundo. del articulo 97, de la Ley 599 de 2000, en el entendido de que el limite de mil salarios minimos legales mensuales se aplica exclusivamente a la parte de la indemnizacion de danos morales cuyo valor pecuniario no fue objetivamente determinado en el proceso penal. Este limite se aplicara a la indemnizacion de dichos danos cuando la fuente de la obligacion sea unicamente la conducta punible.
- SEGUNDO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el inciso 3 del articulo 97, de la Ley 599 de 2000.
