En relación con el daño derivado dela conducta punible el juez podrá señalar como indemnización, una suma equivalente, en moneda nacional, hasta mil (1000) salarios mínimos legales mensuales.
Esta tasación se hará teniendo en cuenta factores como la naturaleza de la conducta y la magnitud del daño causado.
Los daños materiales deben probarse en el proceso.
