En merito de lo expuesto, La Corte Constitucional
RESUELVE:
Declarar INEXEQUIBLES los apartes demandados del articulo 10 del Decreto-Ley 2277 de 1979, "Por el cual se adoptan normas sobre el ejercicio de la profesion docente", y la expresion "Titulo de postgrado en ciencias de la educacion" contenida en la misma norma.
