- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- RESUELVE:
- Declarar EXEQUIBLE el Decreto Ndeg 2762 de 1991, por las razones expuestas en esta sentencia, en el entendido que a los servidores publicos nacionales que ejercen jurisdiccion o autoridad politica, judicial, civil, administrativa o militar, al igual que todos los integrantes de las fuerzas militares o de policia y los funcionarios del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad DAS, que ingresen en ejercicio de sus funciones al Departamento Archipielago de San Andres, Providencia y Santa Catalina, dicho Decreto se les aplica con las limitaciones establecidas en el cuerpo de esta sentencia.
