- Segundo. Civil Municipal de Ocaña, de 12 de febrero de l992, mediante la cual se negó la tutela solicitada por LUZ MARINA BECERRA NAVARRO y HENETH DURAN, por las razones expuestas en la parte considerativa del presente fallo.
- Segundo. Comuníquese al Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil Municipal de Ocaña la presente decisión para que sea notificada a las partes conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de l991, con entraga de copia del presente fallo.
