- En merito de lo expuesto, la Corte Constitucional,
- R E S U E L V E
- PRIMERO. Estarse a lo resuelto en la Sentencia C-239 de 1994 en relacion con la expresion "a partir de la vigencia de la presente ley" del articulo primero; y declarar EXEQUIBLE la parte restante del mismo articulo, que dice:
- " para todos los efectos civiles, se denomina union marital de hecho, la formada entre un hombre y una mujer, que sin estar casados, hacen una comunidad de vida permanente y singular.
- Igualmente, y para todos los efectos civiles, se denominan companero y companera permanente, al hombre y la mujer que forman parte de la union marital de hecho".
- SEGUNDO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE, el literal a) del articulo
- segundo. de la Ley 54 de 1990.
