Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del 18 de marzo de 1999 proferida por el Juzgado 2deg Laboral de Neiva y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela instaurada por la senora MARIA EUGENIA AREVALO MONTENEGRO, por violacion a los derechos a la igualdad, la maternidad, a la vida y el trabajo en conexion estos dos ultimos con los derechos a la salud y la seguridad social. En consecuencia, queda sin valor alguno la totalidad de la Resolucion 000145 de 11 de marzo de 1999 citada en la parte motiva de este fallo y se ORDENA al I.S.S. prestar el servicio de salud y mantener dentro del sistema a la peticionaria Maria Eugenia Arevalo Montenegro; con el condicionamiento, en cuanto al monto del aporte, senalado en la parte motiva de este fallo.
Segundo. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
