- En merito de lo expuesto, la Corte Constitucional
- R E S U E L V E:
- PRIMERO. DECLARAR INEXEQUIBLE el aparte del literal m del articulo 156 de la Ley 100 de 1993 que dice "y deberan ser adoptadas por el Gobierno Nacional".
- SEGUNDO. DECLARAR INEXEQUIBLE el
- segundo. inciso del articulo 204 de la ley 100 de 1993.
- TERCERO. DECLARAR INEXEQUIBLE el paragrafo 3 del articulo 172 de la Ley 100 de 1993.
