- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del veintinueve (29) de abril de mil novecientos noventa y ocho (1998), proferida por el Juzgado Penal del Circuito de Caucasia, Antioquia, en la acción de tutela solicitada por José Manuel Hernández Contrera, en nombre y representación de su hijo menor, Nilson David Hernández Hernández, contra Saludcoop E.P.S.
- Segundo. En consecuencia, ordenar a Saludcoop E.P.S., para que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, autorice la iniciación del tratamiento que, según concepto médico especializado, sea el que requiere el menor, en la forma explicada en la parte motiva de esta sentencia. También se solicitará, para los efectos allí señalados, la intervención inmediata del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar. Para tal efecto, se le remitirá copia de esta sentencia al ICBF.
- Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
