- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia objeto de revision y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela por los motivos expuestos en la parte motiva del presente fallo y con las consideraciones alli expresadas.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a COOMEVA E.P.S. que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho horas proceda a efectuar los tratamientos que el medico tratante indico para el menor JONATHAN STEVEN RODRIGUEZ BOTIA.
- TERCERO. Por Secretaria librense las comunicaciones indicadas en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991. Pero, de inmediato la Secretaria de la Corte Constitucional enviara a COOMEVA EPS copia de esta sentencia para su cumplimiento.
