- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por la Corte Suprema de Justicia - Sala Civil proferida el diez (10) de noviembre de dos mil tres. En su lugar CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla el veintitrés (23) de septiembre de dos mil tres (2003) que concedió el amparo a los derechos a la Libertad Personal y al Debido Proceso a la señora MONICA MARÍA GOMEZ JARAMILLO, representante legal de la sociedad Procesadora de Detergentes La Torre S.A.
- SEGUNDO. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS las providencias dictadas dentro del incidente de desacato promovido contra la señora Mónica María Gómez Jaramillo, proferidas el veintisiete (27) de Junio de dos mil tres (2003) por el Juzgado
- Noveno. Civil Municipal de Barranquilla, y el veinticinco (25) de Julio de dos mil tres (2003) por el Juzgado Trece Civil del Circuito de Barranquilla.
- TERCERO. Por Secretaría, líbrese las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 21591 de 1991.
