REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por la Sala Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia del catorce (14) de febrero de dos mil tres (2003) y por la Sala Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia del doce (12) de marzo de dos mil tres (2003). En su lugar RECHAZAR por improcedente la tutela impetrada.
- TERCERO. LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
