- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado 1º Promiscuo Municipal de San Juan de Arama, Meta, el 9 de mayo de 2003, y, en consecuencia, DENEGAR la tutela a los derechos a la vida y la integridad personal del señor Luis Eduardo Mosquera Aragón.
- SEGUNDO. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
