- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la Sentencia del 15 de septiembre de 2008, proferida en segunda instancia por la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, dentro de la accion de tutela promovida por Beatriz Elena Londono Mira contra el Consejo Superior de la Carrera Notarial, mediante la cual se modifico el fallo de primera instancia que habia negado el amparo solicitado y, en su lugar, se declaro la improcedencia de la tutela.
- SEGUNDO. Por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, LIBRENSE las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
