- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, el 13 de diciembre de 2001, en cuanto concedio parcialmente la tutela y ordeno "al Tribunal Superior de Neiva que dentro del termino de las 48 horas siguientes a la notificacion de este fallo, envie las diligencias alli archivadas a la Corte Constitucional, de acuerdo con lo expuesto en la parte motiva de este proveido", y NO CONCEDER la presente tutela.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria, LIBRESE la comunicacion prevista por el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
