- Primero. REVOCAR los fallos adoptados por el Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo de Cundinamarca, Seccion Cuarta, el 11 de marzo de 1999 y por la Seccion Primera del Consejo de Estado el 22 de abril de 1999, dentro de la accion de tutela instaurada por Isaac Soto Rengifo contra actuaciones judiciales desarrolladas por la Sala de Familia del Tribunal Superior de Buga y por la Sala de Casacion Civil y Agraria de la Corte Suprema de Justicia.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela, por violacion al debido proceso, y ANULAR todo lo actuado en la tutela que se tramito en la Sala de Familia del Tribunal Superior de Buga (expediente alli radicado con el No 00083) y en la Sala de Casacion Civil y Agraria de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, a partir del auto que ordeno iniciar la tramitacion de la mencionada tutela, el
- primero. de octubre de 1998, por cuanto no se notifico al
- tercero. Isaac Soto Rengifo. Se reiniciara el procedimiento haciendose todas las notificaciones, segun se indico en la parte motiva de este fallo.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
