- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogota, Sala Civil, el 18 de marzo de 2002 y en su lugar DENEGAR la tutela al debido proceso de la Empresa de Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Bogota.
- SEGUNDO. Para los efectos del articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hara las notificaciones y tomara las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
