- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior de Bogota el dia 5 de marzo de 2001, mediante la cual se nego por improcedente la tutela impetrada por Augusto Francisco Bernal Gonzalez en representacion de Elias Jose Salek George.
- Segundo. COMPULSAR copias de las sentencias proferidas por el Tribunal Superior de Bogota y la Corte Constitucional a la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, asi como a la Fiscalia General de la Nacion, para los efectos a que haya lugar en relacion con lo expuesto en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
