- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado Trece Civil del Circuito y el Tribunal Superior de Santafé de Bogotá, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. Ordenar la remisión al Tribunal Superior de Cundinamarca -Sala Disciplinaria- de las copias correspondientes a los negocios números 12721 y 12723, para que se adelante el proceso disciplinario respectivo, si a ello hubiere lugar.
- TERCERO. Líbrese por intermedio de la Secretaría General de la Corte, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo treinta y seis (36) del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los fines allí consagrados.
