- tercero. de la parte Resolutiva del mismo, los que se REVOCARÁN por las razones expuestas en esta sentencia.
- Tercero. HACER UN LLAMADO al señor Querubín Ayala para que en lo sucesivo se abstenga de presentar acciones de tutela con fundamento en los mismos hechos, so pena de hacerse acreedor de las medidas derivadas de una conducta temeraria.
- Cuarto. ORDENAR que por Secretaría General se dé cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
