- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Confirmar la sentencia del Honorable Tribunal del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá -Sala Penal- del 31 de enero de 1992, mediante la cual se rechaza la acción de tutela promovida por MATILDE BOHORQUEZ, por las razones precedentes.
- Segundo. Comuníquese al Honorable Tribunal del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá, Sala Penal la presente decisión para que sea notificada a las partes conforme lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
