CONFIRMAR la Sentencia del 1deg de octubre de 1997, proferida por la Sala de Casacion Civil y Agraria de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, que a su vez revoco la sentencia proferida por la Sala Civil de Decision del Tribunal Superior de Santafe de Bogota, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta sentencia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, se comunique esta providencia a la Sala Civil de Decision del Tribunal Superior de Santafe de Bogota, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
