REVOCAR las sentencias de primera y segunda instancia proferidas por la Sala de Casación Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia el dieciséis (16) de octubre de dos mil tres 2003 y la Sala de Casación Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia el nueve (9) de diciembre de dos mil tres (2003). En su lugar, RECHAZAR por improcedente la tutela impetrada.
