- Primero. LEVANTAR la suspension del termino decretada para decidir el presente asunto.
- Segundo. REVOCAR el fallo proferido el 19 de marzo de 2003, por la Sala de Casacion Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, en el asunto de la referencia.
- Tercero. CONFIRMAR la Sentencia proferida por la Sala Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia el 17 de febrero de 2003, por la cual se denego en primera instancia la tutela de la referencia.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaria General se de cumplimiento a lo previsto en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
