- Primero. Confirmar, por las razones expuestas en esta sentencia, el fallo de la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura del 4 de mayo de 2000.
- Segundo. Urgir a la Sala Administrativa del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, al Gobierno Nacional y al Congreso de la República, así como a las relatorias de la Corte Constitucional, de Corte Suprema de Justicia y del Consejo de Estado a fin de que, en ejercicio de sus respectivas funciones, garanticen el acceso oportuno de los jueces a las decisiones proferidos por las altas Corporaciones judiciales del país.
- Tercero. Libérense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
