- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por la Sala de Casacion Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia el cuatro (4) de diciembre de 2002, y CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido por la Sala de Casacion Civil de la misma Corporacion el cinco (5) de noviembre del mismo ano, dentro del proceso de la referencia
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por Secretaria General se de cumplimiento a lo previsto en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
