El asunto objeto de estudio versa sobre un posible incumplimiento de Colpensiones para dar cumplimiento a la decisión judicial que ordenaba volver a estudiar la solicitud de reconocimiento de la pensión de invalidez reclamada por el actor, teniendo cuenta todas las semanas cotizadas a partir del carácter degenerativo y progresivo de su enfermedad.
En virtud de que la entidad demandada remitió a la Sala copia del acto administrativo mediante el cual reconoció la prestación solicitada, se declaró la carencia actual de objeto por configurarse un HECHO SUPERADO.
