- Segundo. Civil del Circuito de Barranquilla, mediante los cuales se nego la accion de tutela instaurada por Belkins Maria Ariza Cruz a favor de su padre, el senor Nemesio Ariza Franco.
- Tercero. LIBRENSE las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
