- a) La expresion "Para tal efecto se considera la persona natural graduada en facultades o escuelas de Educacion Superior que funcionen legalmente en el pais, en programas cuyos planes de estudio formen profesionalmente a los estudiantes en este ramo, segun concepto emitido por el ICFES", del articulo 1o.
- b) La frase "de educacion superior" del articulo 2.
