- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR en todas sus partes la sentencia de tutela del dos (2) de febrero de mil novecientos noventa y dos (1992), proferida por el JUZGADO
- CUARTO. PROMISCUO DE FAMILIA de la ciudad de NEIVA.
- SEGUNDO. COMPULSAR copias a la Junta de Escalafón Docente, Seccional Neiva, para lo de su competencia en relación con la violación de derechos fundamentales en que incurrió la profesora ROSAURA CANO CABRERA, identificada con cédula de ciudadanía 36.162.335 de Neiva y actualmente vinculada al colegio C.D.U. Diego de Ospina # 2 - Neiva, como educadora.
- TERCERO. LIBRESE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991 para los efectos allí contemplados.
