- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E
- PRIMERO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la expresion "la investigacion", contenida en el literal a) del articulo 2o de la Ley 22 de 1984, pero sometida a la condicion de que se entienda que, no solo quienes ostentan un titulo en Biologia estan legitimados para adelantar investigaciones relacionadas con seres vivos, sino que cualquier persona puede realizar investigacion libremente.
- SEGUNDO. Declarase la EXEQUIBILIDAD de las disposiciones restantes de la Ley 22 de 1984, pero relativa exclusivamente a los cargos de la demanda que fueron objeto de analisis en esta providencia.
