- En merito de lo expuesto, la Corte Constitucional
- R E S U E L V E
- Primero. Declarar infundadas las objeciones presidenciales formulados respecto del articulo 26 del proyecto de ley 235/96 Senado - 154/96 Camara, "por el cual se establece el seguro ecologico, se modifica el Codigo Penal y se dictan otras disposiciones", salvo en lo que se refiere a la expresion "objetiva", que se declara inexequible.
- Segundo. Declarar fundadas las objeciones contra el articulo 21 del proyecto de ley 235/96 Senado - 154/96 Camara, "por el cual se establece el seguro ecologico, se modifica el Codigo Penal y se dictan otras disposiciones" y, en consecuencia, declarar inexequible la expresion "y ocasione dano grave en los ecosistemas naturales" del articulo 21 del proyecto de ley 235/96 Senado - 154/96 Camara, "por el cual se establece el seguro ecologico, se modifica el Codigo Penal y se dictan otras disposiciones".
- Tercero. Ordenar que se de cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el inciso
