- Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido el 3 de diciembre de 1997 por la Sección Primera de la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del H. Consejo de Estado, mediante el cual revocó la Sentencia de la Sección Primera del Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca del 16 de octubre de 1997, que había tutelado los derechos a la salud y a la vida del accionante en el proceso de la referencia, y que denegó el amparo solicitado.
- Segundo. LIBRAR por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
