CONFIRMAR las sentencias dictadas para resolver sobre la acción por el Honorable Tribunal Superior de Santa Marta, Sala Penal de Decisión el trece (13) de noviembre de 1992, y por la Honorable Corte Suprema de Justicia el tres (3) de febrero de 1993, por los motivos expuestos en este fallo.
- SEGUNDO. Comuníquese la presente decisión al Tribunal Superior de Santa Marta, para que dé cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
