- Primero. Penal Municipal de Bello, Antioquia, el 26 de diciembre de 2001 en la que se concedio la tutela interpuesta por Luz Dary Sanchez Cadena para la proteccion del derecho a la intimidad de su hija menor de edad, Carolina Montes Sanchez, asi como para amparar su derecho a la salud.
- Segundo. PREVENIR al alcalde del municipio de Bello para que haga cumplir las normas ambientales vigentes.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
