- Declarase EXEQUIBLE la parte que dice "Asi mismo, se exceptua a los afiliados al Fondo Nacional de Prestaciones Sociales del Magisterio, creado por la Ley 91 de 1989", del inciso
- segundo. del articulo 279 de la Ley 100 de 1993, siempre que su aplicacion no vulnere el principio de igualdad y, en consecuencia, se reconozca a los afiliados del Fondo Nacional de Prestaciones Sociales del Magisterio que no sean acreedores a un beneficio igual o equivalente a la mesada pensional adicional, un beneficio similar.
