- primero. del artículo 174 del decreto 1212 de 1990 y del inciso
- primero. del artículo 125 del decreto 1214 de 1990.
- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el artículo 131 del decreto 1213 de 1990, en el entendido de que, en virtud del principio de igualdad (CP art. 13), y conforme a lo señalado en el Fundamento Jurídico No 15 de esta sentencia, el derecho a la pensión de sobreviviente para los hijos de los Agentes que estudien y dependan económicamente de la persona fallecida se extinguirá a la edad de los 24 años.
