Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
Cuarto. Civil Municipal de Florencia en el proceso T-1.141.608, mediante sentencia del diecisiete (17) de mayo de dos mil cinco (2005).
Segundo. ORDENAR a Coomeva EPS que, dentro de los tres días hábiles siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, le pague a la señora Miriam Dolores Losada la licencia de maternidad correspondiente al nacimiento de su hija Gina Soley Hurtatis.
Tercero. Para garantizar la efectividad de la acción de tutela, el Juzgado
Cuarto. Civil Municipal de Florencia notificará esta sentencia dentro del término de tres días después de haber recibido la comunicación, de conformidad con el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
Cuarto. Líbrese por Secretaría General la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
