- Primero. Revocar el fallo proferido por el Juez Treinta y Cinco Penal Municipal del Circuito de Bogota del siete (7) de marzo de dos mil uno (2001).
- Segundo. Tutelar los derechos a la vida y la salud del senora Ana Elli Neumann Hurtado y, en consecuencia, ordenar a la Caja Nacional de Prevision Social - seccional Cundinamarca - que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificacion de esta providencia, si no lo ha hecho ya, se sirva definir la programacion de las visitas domiciliarias a favor de la peticionaria.
- Tercero. Librar, por medio de la Secretaria General, las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
