- REVOCAR la sentencia del Juzgado
- Cuarto. Civil del Circuito de Neiva, de fecha veintisiete (27) de mayo de mil novecientos noventa y nueve (1999), en la acción de tutela presentada por Rudecindo Moreno, agente oficioso de Chiquinquirá Aldana de Moreno contra la Caja Nacional de Previsión E.P.S. En consecuencia, se CONCEDE la tutela pedida, con el fin de proteger la dignidad de la señora Aldana.
- Para tal efecto, y como se explicó en las consideraciones de esta providencia, se ordena a la Caja Nacional de Previsión E.P.S., que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, suministre los pañales que, según las indicaciones médicas, requiera la señora Aldana.
- Se inaplica, para el caso concreto, la Resolución Nro. 5261/94, por la cual se establece el Manual de Actividades, Intervenciones y Procedimientos del Plan Obligatorio de Salud, en el Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud.
- Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
