- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cali, Sala de Decisión Penal, el 5 de julio de 2002 y, en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela impetrada por el señor Francisco Delgado Narváez.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Instituto de Seguro Social, Seccional Valle, que a partir de la notificación de la presente providencia, realice el tratamiento que requiera el señor Francisco Delgado Narváez, acorde con su estado de salud, y suministre, según prescripción médica los implementos, medicamentos y cuidados pertinentes.
- Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Notifíquese,
