- Primero. Levantar los terminos que fueron suspendidos en el presente asunto, para mejor proveer.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR los fallos proferidos por las Secciones Cuarta y Quinta de la Sala en lo Contencioso Administrativo del Consejo de Estado el 3 de noviembre de 2005 y el 2 de febrero del ano en curso, que declaran improcedente la accion interpuesta por el senor Tito Enrique Orozco Prada contra la Subseccion B de la Seccion Segunda de la misma Sala y Corporacion, pero por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
- Tercero. ORDENAR que por Secretaria General se de cumplimiento a lo previsto en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
